The centre is available from 08:30 am to 11:00 pm throughout the year except for Bank Holidays and Sundays (available by prior agreement)

Who to Contact

If you are interested in booking any of these facilities please contact
the Bookings Manager by emailing bookings@hilldenecommunity.co.uk for further information.  To view the centre you can either contact the Bookings Manager to arrange a mutually agreed time or call into the centre between 09:00 and 12:00 and our Caretaker will be happy to show you round.

Car Parking

 

The Centre has space for around 30 cars to park on site plus two disabled parking spaces, near the main entrance.  Additional parking is available for some events at the Catholic Church car park opposite to the Centre.  The Management Committee request the following:

 

• the disabled parking bays are used by Blue Badge holders only; and
• please do not park in the Catholic Church car park unless the signage directs you to

 

The Management Committee asks that you park with consideration when using the Centre car park. When parking please allow sufficient space between you and the vehicle next to you to allow for opening doors and ensure that the space available is fully utilised.

Fees

Functions involving live or recorded music are subject to Performing Rights Society levy. Dances/Socials £3.00 per event, all other classes or events £2.00 per session.

Casual bookings should be made at least 14 days in advance, and must be accompanied by the full booking fee, plus a refundable deposit of £125.00 (returnable within 21 days if rooms, toilets, kitchen etc. are left in good order).

 

The minimum booking period is for one and a half hours.

The management reserve the right not to accept any bookings.

 

The use of the kitchen and its facilities are included in the above charges subject to availability.

 

The centre is a registered venue for Eastleigh Mobile Crèche.

THE CENTRE IS CLOSED ON BANK HOLIDAYS.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE CENTRE
